All deposits and payments made to FrugalDev are final and non-refundable. Deposits represent a prepayment for API credits at a discounted rate compared to direct AI provider pricing. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
API credits do not expire while your account remains active. You may use them at any time across any supported AI model.
If a blockchain transaction fails and funds are not credited to your account, the on-chain transfer did not complete and you were not charged. If you believe a transaction succeeded but credits were not applied due to a platform error, contact us and we will investigate.
