By accessing or using FrugalDev (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. FrugalDev is operated by FrugalDev (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
FrugalDev provides discounted access to large language model (LLM) APIs through a reseller platform. Users deposit funds via cryptocurrency (USDC on Solana or Arbitrum) and receive API credits that can be used with OpenAI-compatible clients. FrugalDev does not host, train, or serve AI models directly.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Access is currently invite-only. We reserve the right to approve or deny access at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All deposits are made in USDC via supported blockchain networks. Deposits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. API credits are denominated in USD and consumed based on the pricing of the underlying AI model providers. Credit balances do not expire while your account is active.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to: generating illegal content, harassment, spam, malware distribution, or violating the terms of the underlying AI model providers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party AI providers and blockchain networks whose availability is beyond our control. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by external providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrugalDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have deposited in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
